Garofalo still embarrassing me with childish accusations

I can’t help but like Janeane Garofalo even though she can’t help but make irresponsible and unsupported allegations of bigotry against people she disagree’s with. The day the Tea Party began, Janeane jumped on the talking point that its all about racism, which i’m totally down with if one can defend it but… she hasn’t.

I sympathize with her conflict of wanting to be loved by everyone but not shying away from what you believe in even though you know it will cause more people to possibly unjustifiably dislike you. I wish she wouldn’t whine about being “punished” over calling people racist for no good reason. Due to my desperate want to justify my irrational positive attitude toward her, I have been searching for an explanation of wtf she’s talking about. Especially since I dont care about the Tea Party, so if she has a good example of why it’s a racist movement then I’ll me all too happy to throw them under the bus and run back and forth all over them with ridicule. Except she appears to have nothing… On Real Time with Bill Maher (where she also agreed with me that Anthony Weiner should still run for Mayor – though I think he should wait an election cycle before his comeback), on Mark Marons podcast and here on Keith Olbermanns show: they’re racist cuz they’re racist and it’s obvious and she’s just calling it like it is and you’re a jerk if you say boo about it. ug… The only example I’ve ever heard her give was that there was a tea party sign that said something along the lines of “What you talkin bout Willis?” from Diff’rent Strokes. I had no idea that Diff’rent Strokes was a racist show and Garofalo did not explain why that one silly sign was actually an example of racial hatred that tarred the nationwide movement for smaller government.

In the clip below, I share a similar conflict to hers of wanting to be loved but am compelled to speak truth – except it’s that I want TO love [her] but am compelled to point out how colossally retarded what she’s saying is.

As her and Keith have a friendly discussion on exactly how evil the Tea Party is, she actually says that her answer to “what makes you think the Tea Party is racist?” is “what makes you think it isn’t?”…. let that sink in a little…

Before that she makes a legit point that there is racism all over the world, and there is no reason to think it would go away under a black President. but then… she just… this is too painful to go on. I feel like I’m beating up a really adorable 9 year old by picking apart just how unintelligent these comments are, so just watch the video courtesy of the Daily Caller and make your own conclusions on the rest while I go watch old 90s footage of her and cry.

Well, just ONE more comment, because it was at least posed as an actual question even though she meant its argumentative proof (which Olbermann snarkily agrees with): the Tea Party started under Bush in response to his big government spending and bailouts, so their first protest of the guy who was elected by saying he would do more of that is literally the most predictable thing you could have expected form them. C’mon dude. First tell the truth, THEN give your opinion. Protesting someone you disagree with isn’t de facto evidence that you’re a closet Klansmen.

Oops: Skinheads find out that they’re Jewish

Something is fishy (Gefilte fishy?) about this story though…

A few years ago, Ola found out from Warsaw’s Jewish Historical Institute that both she and her husband are technically Jews. “It was unbelievable — it turned out that we had Jewish roots. It was a shock,” she said.

At the time, she and Pawel were active in Warsaw’s neo-Nazi movement. “I was a nationalist 100 percent. Back then when we were skinheads it was all about white power… that Jews were the biggest plague and the worst evil of this world,” Pawel said.

Both 33, they’ve now embraced their Jewish identity and are active in their local orthodox synagogue.

uh… They’re practicing Jews now?… huh? How do you go from “that inferior race needs to be wiped off the planet” to praying in Hebrew? hmmm. meh. whatever. still amusing…

Depictions of Faceless white victims = Anti-Black Racism

Stuffed white people hanging from trees are the new black people getting lynched? Logic says what?

The mayor of Frederick, Md., says a controversial Halloween display featuring three faceless dummies hanging from a willow tree will remain at a city park, despite complaints from the NAACP.

Guy Djoken, president of Frederick County’s NAACP chapter, has called on Mayor Jeff Holtzinger to order parks officials to remove the display, which he calls “disturbing.”

“Something should be done right away,” Djoken told FoxNews.com. “When you look from a distance, it doesn’t look good. We should just remove it.”

Um, yea, dummy – hanging bodies are “disturbing” – that’s the point… Adding a racial element to it is stupid, but worse than that – it’s a sad commentary on the race-obsessed mindset some people are conditioned into having which keeps them from enjoying life like normal people. Hanging people from the neck by a rope as a way of execution and murder is something exclusively tied to blacks in these peoples minds, despite that method of death inducing historically being practiced on whites to a factor of…what do you think?… 3, 10, 20 times more?

Making matters worse for the victim-minded case is that the hanging dummies have white sacks for heads… No faces drawn on them – just blank white canvases for the viewer to fill with whatever their imagination conjures. How sad that for many, what they choose to fill that canvas with is hate-based.

Can’t we all just enjoy a holiday celebrating the horrors of death without relating it to arbitrarily assigned deaths of history?

Nobel & Limbaugh vs Obama & McNabb

If its wondered aloud that the Nobel committee gave the Peace Prize to Obama because they were excited and hopeful at the US electing a black president, how is that racist? right/wrong/whatever. you discuss it, but RACIST? how? — oh. its not? then how is Limbaugh’s 2003 comment that McNabb got praised “because the media wanted a black quarterback to do well” racist?

Exactly. dumbasses. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s cool to hate on talk show hosts you don’t like all you want, it’s NOT cool to go attacking their attempt to own a small piece of a sports team and it’s not even acceptable to go smearing the hell out of someone as a “racist” over things they never said or inserting racism into statements that had, have and COULD have no racist motive.

Last Monday on The O’Reilly Factor, Detroit Free-Press columnist Drew Sharp argued that the NFL has a right to turn down a “a very polarizing, controversial figure whose occupational practice is largely predicated on making people feel comfortable with their own biases and prejudices.”

After Sharp refers to “racially tinged sound bites” that O’Reilly and his crack research team could not uncover, O’Reilly plays the comment Rush made on ESPN in 2003 regarding Donovan McNabb, then asks if it should disqualify Limbaugh from owning an NFL team. “What it does qualify him for is being a race baiter,” Sharp responds. “I do believe he throws in sound bites… strictly for effect.”

Later in the week it was revealed that those first quotes attributed to Limbaugh were made up.

Today on Reliable Sources, a CNN show I podcast, they discussed Limbaughs attempt at the RAMS:

Race-baiting Glenn Beck Boycott is an Epic Fail

A few weeks ago, a group no one has ever heard of, called Color of Change, started a boycott against Fox News opinion show host Glenn Beck because Beck stated an opinion they found unacceptable: Beck said he thinks Barack Obama is essentially racist (oh no he di-int!).

Color of Change, under the headline Stop the race baiting,  immediately organized Beck-haters to call or contact advertisers  to notify they will be boycotting their product as long as they continue to run their ads on Beck’s show.

stoptheracebaiting.hypocrisy

Problem: Van Jones, the leader of Color of Change is the Dictator of Race Batia. He has first place trophies on his shelves for the annual Race Bating County Fair. If he were on the supreme court he would be Race Bater Ginsburg.

The picture to the right from the Hannity show makes it look like Van Jones is wearing a Hannity pin on his jacket. so. like. i thought that was funny.

First: Jones called President Bush a racist…

Stop the race baiting? In a Sept. 1, 2005 Huffington Post op-ed, “Bush’s Role in the Drowning of New Orleans,” Jones wrote:

Don’t say that a hurricane destroyed New Orleans. Hurricanes don’t drown cities. It was a “perfect storm” of a different kind that put that great city underwater: Bush-era neglect of our national infrastructure, combined with runaway global warming and a deep contempt for poor African-Americans. [emphasis added]

Hmmm. Should someone be getting outraged over a person accusing the President of being a racist, if..um.. they called the President a fkking racist?

Van “Stop the Race Baiting” Jones also thinks white people are poisoning black communities. Hmm. that’s a pretty inflammatorily race baiting accusation. Plenty evidence to call this hypocrite boycott against Beck a fraud and and a scam, but as the late Billy Mays would say: But wait! there’s more!

Goodness… So the guy Beck has been calling out then orders a boycott against Beck for saying one thing that was less offensive than any of the things he himself has said. and he works in the Obama administration. Awesome.

Oh ya, and he thinks President Bush was behind the terrorist attacks on September 11th. Maybe he changed his mind though? Cuz last night he issued a statement apologizing and said the petition he signed suggesting that President Bush “may indeed have deliberately allowed 9/11 to happen” perhaps to justify war in Afghanistan or Iraq, “does not reflect my views now or ever.” Except, it seems that “or ever” should have had an asterisk after it to clarify that in *this* case “ever” means “except in 2002 when he endorsed the same claim”.

An administration source told Jake Tapper of ABC News that Van “Stop the Race Baiting” Jones did not carefully review the language in the 9/11 conspiracy petition before agreeing to add his name in 2004 – but oops – this morning information surfaced that shows Jones was on the organizing committee of a 2002 march making the same 9/11 conspiracy claims.

clinton-van-jones1
Van Jones pictured with the 3 most powerful men in the world

It’s all no big deal though, right? It’s not like he’s a Republican or anything (then it would be REALLY serious).

Okay, so Van Jones is a raging hypocrite and a master-race-bater who is almost as intolerant of white people as he is of criticism. Big deal. What liberal isn’t, right? (yuk yuk). Charles Krauthammer nails it in the video below where he rightly notes that calling Republicans assholes and the fact that he had admitted to being an actual Communist [and black nationalist] may be lame and all but pretty small potatoes, but goes on to say that being a 9/11 conspiracy wingnut IS in fact a big ass fkking deal showing signs of psychotic paranoia and must disqualify you from working in the federal fricken government.

As for that “stop the race baiting” boycott? Fail.
A few advertisers simply diverted their commercials on Fox News to other programs on the channel rather than Beck’s. Some boycott. Color of Change allegedly lied about advertisers dropping out, and Beck’s ratings have never been higher. His show airs at 5 freakin PM eastern (2pm Pacific) and is getting at least 2.5 million and often going over 3 million viewers. To put in context how massive 3 million viewers is on a daytime cable news channel, consider this perspective: The CBS Evening News averages about 4 million viewers a night. The Daily Show and Colbert Report each get around 1.5 million viewers a night, in primetime.

Far from Beck even inching in the direction of losing his job, to make things even more hilariously embarrassing: many are predicting that Jones will be the victim of “backfire scheme of the year” and have to resign before Monday.

EPIC FAIL.

*UPDATE: Midnight Sunday morning, as predicted, Van Jones resigned

Why blacks don’t go to National Parks

Why don’t blacks visit National Parks? DUH. Because the dirt and soil remind them of slavery. Obviously. This was revealed when ABC News ran a story last month profiling Yosemite National Park Ranger Shelton Johnson.

According to Mr “first and only black ranger at Yosemite” (cuz that’s significant for some reason), blacks are also so tribal and easily led that if Oprah or Snoop Dog would just recreate at a park now and then, that would let the dark-skins across the nation know that these areas are safe for their kind too. After first asking why stats on the race of park attendee’s are taken anyway (which I giggled at even though I took the mention of visitor-race to be Johnsons eyeballing and not official stat-counting, but who the hell knows), John Stossel (who works for ABC but was not involved with this piece) asked on a blog “Why must racism be the first thing to which some people assign blame for every problem, real or imagined?”

Debbie Schlussel has a theory:

Hmmm . . . maybe the reason they don’t like national parks is that Yosemite’s only Black ranger wears two earrings, if ya know what I mean. Maybe Blacks don’t go to national parks because they don’t want to. Maybe they prefer something else for their free time. Why is this a problem? It’s their business what they choose to do with their free time and their free choice, not a national crisis that needs to be socially engineered otherwise.

Witless Protection

I’m watching this movie right now on Showtime. Unfortunately, the funniest part so far is the title.

Larry the Cable Guy plays a small-town deputy with big dreams about becoming an F.B.I. agent. Somehow, he’s banging Jenny McCarthy, who is still not past her expiration date at 36 (in real life, not the movie). She works at some food service place thing and the F.B.I. comes in with a lady in the witness protection program while Larry is there and somehow (I was trying not to pay attention) he ends up confiscating this chick from the F.B.I. guys and going on the run. So now the men in black dudes are trying to find them and Larry for some reason is trying to bang this girl who is less hott than his gf Jenny and I have no idea why. The witness protection girl is a bitch and Jenny shows no signs of being anything other than a great girlfriend so wtf?

There’s a lot of racial humor that doesn’t really make sense. Like the black F.B.I. guy orders coffee and Jenny McCarthy asks “black?”… cuz he’s black… get it?… I don’t either. Then later when Cable Guy and witness girl check into a hotel the clerk is the middle eastern lookin mofo from 40 year old virgin and there’s some references to his accent and nationalism and — why is he stealing this girl away from the government? I still don’t get this. And why is this girl the main female supporting actor when all the promo stuff has Jenny on it? And who is being made fun of exactly I’m not totally sure. Are the racial jokes supposed to be jokes?

Larry and witness girl go to the airport for some reason and have trouble with security cuz the mall-cop type TSA employees are drunk with power in a few digs at the Patriot act. Awesome humor in this scene includes noting that Larrys feet stink and then him shitting on a TSA guy? I think? They strip search him in full view so he’s nude and just covering his junk out there in front of everyone and they decide to investigate what might be a fuse coming out of his ass by a cavity search. Larry warns them that they don’t want to do that, but they do, and something terrible happens off screen to lead another employee to page “officer down!” before a smash-cut to another “meanwhile” scene.

nakedlarrycableguy
this is what I look for in a movie. always.

While driving, Larry calls a friend and asks him to punch up the DOJ (Department of Justice) website for him. The friend asks “Dynomite Juggs?” I laughed. I wasn’t sure exactly how I was supposed to react when Larry now on the phone with someone else notes that “News travels fast – faster than Angelina Jolie adoptin jungle babies”. Really?…

The internetz says this movie was released in was released in theaters on February 22, 2008 but I never heard of it. You didn’t either? That’s odd. Rotten Tomatoes reported that 0% of critics gave the film positive reviews, based on 24 reviews.

Glenn Beck thinks Obama is racist

Beck is wrong, but it is more wrong for the shallow minded hippies who oppose him to brush him off as just a nut and an asshole so they don’t have to burn the calories actually defending the President they support.

Protesters constantly and illegally called for the murder of president Bush while he was in office, and hardly any such cases were prosecuted and a total of zero of them were the discussions of cable news shows and mainstream media reports of concern. Bush as Hitler was a popular meme among the hippie detractors and a small faction within those same hippie detractors are now trying to get that label stuck on Obama (though will no success as most of their fellow liberals like the guy). How come this wasn’t an OMFG moment back then, but now one dude says he thinks a President who attended a Black Nationalist church for 20 years might have a problem with race and this is the time to freak the fuck out?…really?

Glenn Explains His Statement made on Fox & Friends. Not by any consensus definition (Political Correctness Demanding There Be No Such Thing As A Black Racist) but by the standards that the Media has employed against whites there is no question Obama isa racist.

Still not satisfied? Beck continues explaining in a continuation of the clip above:

Housing discrimination PSA

I heard this ridiculous waste of taxpayer money on the radio at least 4 years ago. I was shocked and dismayed to hear it again a few days ago. Its sooooo stupid. When I first heard it I thought Tyrone was a white guy with a country accent, and I thought that again hearing it after a few years. Then Grahm comes in with the punchline and I guess Tyrone is black and the lady on the other end of the phone knew that because his name is Tyrone. That’s how you tell people’s race you’ll notice. Because she hears Juan’s accent for awhile and only denies him the apartment after finding out that his name is Juan.
